My experience was worst ! Waste of my time also my money ! They directly change my eye number from 1.50 to 2.75(cylindrical) ....after that I faced headach..red eyes... swelling ...like such a worst .... May be your optometrist is trained...But I came to you with a lot of expectations...you say it's normal to increase number like that but trust me with using the spectacle of the number you suggest me am facing lots of troubl..even I am not able to sleep well so much headche ...may be this number not perfect ....last one day am using my old spectacle and now feel much better than that ....I already waste around 1700 rs...all on your suggestions .....and now I don't have enough money to come .....you ruined all my expectation and my money ! And that time I even told the doctor I am not satisfied with optometrist ...but he just ignored me

If there any chance to give less than 1 star, I would go for that. Dr. Jaideep Tyagi has not deserve stars a d appreciations. He didn't gave his patients proper time (less than 1 minute) and charge ₹300. He don't have an etiquettes to talk to patients and specially disabled people. I request you all to not to visit PRABHA EYE HOSPITAL, PALWAL.

1 year Back I meet with Dr tyagi with my brother He didn't listen to patients properly at all , Acc to him 1 minute is enough for patients for all problems , It was my 1st & last visit to prabha eye centre , worst experience visiting Prabha eye centre ,giving my valuable time typing this message & have Respect for your Patients. Very good doctor. They informed us very well about various options available for surgery ( lenses ). They didn’t push to get operated as my mother still had few years to get operated. We still choose to get operated as she used have problem of vision during night. We opted for bifocal/ multi focal ( progressive ) lenses and she got very good improvements in her eyesight.
